Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 TBl lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • cayenne
  • 1/2 cup hot melted butter

Step 1

In a blender - egg yolks, lemon juice, salt & cayenne, mix, gradually add butter in stead strem while blender is on high, turn off. Makes 1 cup
