Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups graham crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup creamed butter
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pint whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Make crumb crust with graham crumbs and melted butter. Cream the butter and icing sugar. Add the eggs and blend. Spread over the bottom. Drain 1 can pineapple and folt in 1 pint whipped cream. Spread evenly over bottom and sprinkle with crumbs.
