Ingredients
- 1 leg of lam cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp. red wine
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp. flat leaf parsley, chopped
- salt, pepper, Greek seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle lamb with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning. combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss lamb with marinade. Marinate over night or up to 2 days. Thread lamb onto skewers with pieces of sweet onion in between. Grill.
