Ingredients
- Egg Glaze:
- 1 c. water
- 1 large egg
- 3 1/4 c bread flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp dry milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 large egg beaten
- 4 tsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare dough in machine. Put dough on lightly floured board. Divide dough into equal quarters. Cut each quarter into 6 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball.
Place 1 ball in each of 24 greased muffin cups. Brush with egg glaze if desired. Cover dough, allow to rise in a warm place until size doubles--about 40 min. to one hour. Bake at 375 degrees 10-20 min. Makes 24 rolls. Keep rolls light in color .
