HONEYDEW MELON IN FRUIT SAUCE

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup current jelly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups fresh honeydew melon balls
  • fresh orange sections

Preparation

Step 1


1. Combine sugar, lemon and orange juices and jelly in saucepan. Mix well.
2. Bring to boil and boil for 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla.
3. Chill and pour over cold melon balls.
4. Serve in sherbet glasses.
5. Garnish with fresh orange sections.
