Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 T sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.

Roll 1" balls in: 2 tsp cinnamon and 2 T sugar

Bake 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes
