Cheddar Apple Pie Dip

By

My friend Jolena first introduced this recipe to me and I loved it. It's got the sweet, salty, crunchy and creamy all wrapped into one dish. You can eat it with triscuits or wheat thins (which I do not have calculated in the nutrition). Each serving is 4T.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Daisy Lite Sour Cream
  • 8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 C Kraft 2% sharp cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1/2 C chopped walnuts (I used Diamond)
  • 2 C chopped apple
  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c lite brown sugar packed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first list of sour cream, cream cheese and cheese and layer in the bottom of a 9" pie plate.

Combine the other list and then put it on top of the cream cheese mix.

Heat the mix in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Let sit for 10-15 minutes to firm up and then enjoy with crackers like triscuits or wheat thins (not in the nutritional value).

Makes about 5 3/4C. 23 servings of 4 T each

Enjoy!
