Swiss Chicken Supreme (skinny)

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz ea)
  • 1 T dry minced onion
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 4 slices reduced fat swiss cheese
  • 1 can reduced fat, reduced sodium cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 1/3 c reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/2 c fat free milk
  • 1/3 c crushed reduced fat butter flavored crackers (about 8)
  • 1 t butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in a 13x9 baking dish coated with Pam. Sprinkle with the minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Top each with a slice of cheese.

In a small bowl, combine soup, sour cream and milk; pour over chicken. Toss cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-40 min or until chicken juices run clear and crumbs are golden.
