Mini Peach Cobbler

• 1 stick melted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• a dash of salt
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 can diced peaches
• brown sugar
• cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2) Put 1 tsp of melted butter into each regular size muffin tin.

3) Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk in a med bowl. Pour 2 TBS of batter into each muffin cup on top of the melted butter.

3) Put 1 TBS diced peaches on top of the batter. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon.

4) Bake for 12 minutes and let them cool completely before removing from pan.
