Ingredients

  • 1 can 15oz slilced peaches in extra light syrup, drained
  • 1 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese
  • 4 oz fat free cream cheese, cubed
  • sugar substitute to equal 1 T sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Thinly slice four peach slices; set aside for garnish. Place the remaining peaches in a food processor; add the cottage cheese. Cover and process until blended. Add the cream cheese and sugar substitute; cover and process until well blended.

Spoon into four serving dishes. Top with reserved peaches. Refrigerate until serving.
