Ingredients
- 2 2/3 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt. Pour mixture into shallow bakind dish. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg. Bake @ 325 for 50 min. or till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve cold.
