FOOL PROOF BATTER FOR DEEP FRIED VEGETABLES

Ingredients

  • Vegetables:
  • 1 C. all purpose flour
  • 1 C. beer (any brand)
  • zucchini
  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • sweet potato slices
  • onion rings
  • ●Heat oil to 375 F.
  • ●Mix beer and flour together and refrigerate 3-4 hrs. before using.
  • ●Dip vegetables in batter and deep fry.
