Tennessee Salisbury Steak

This is a very simple recipe using ground beef and Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup. As you can see in the picture, sometimes I add a couple tablespoons parsley. However, my folks in Tennessee are not fond of parsley.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/3 cup canned mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and form into patties.
1. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
2. Mix remaining two thirds can of soup with one third cup water and pour over patties.
3. Bake 10 minutes longer.
