Midwestern Chowder
This is one of my favorite soups in the wintertime. It's hearty and creamy and delicious!

Ingredients
- Rue:
- 4 c diced potatoes
- 1 c carrots – shredded
- 1 c celery-shredded
- 1 cup onion, chopped finely
- 3 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 cups boiling water
- Chix bullion cubes for flavor
- Velveeta
- 2 cans corn
- ½ c margarine
- ½ flour
- 4 c milk
- Make Rue, pour into veggies
- Add 20 oz Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans corn, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Make Rue, pour into veggies
Add 20 oz Velveeta cheese
Simmer until veggies are tender.
