Fried Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of fresh green beans
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat fryer or dutch oven to 350 degrees with oil. Mix the green beans, beer, salt and pepper and combine until smooth - just a little thinner than pancake batter.

Coat green beans, fry 3-4 minutes until golden. Dip in ranch or blue cheese dressing. Only 120 calories per serving!
