Ingredients
- (5) 8 oz. pkgs. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- Option: 1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta and (2) 8 oz. pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixer cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beat after each one.
Add flour (a little heaping) alternating with sour cream.
Add vanilla and mix well scraping the bowl.
Butter a 9" or 10" spring form pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and leave cake in oven with door ajar for 1 more hour.
Remove and cool in refrigerator.
