Ingredients
- 10 ounces snow peas, sliced lengthwise
- 2 celery ribs with leaves, thinly sliced
- toasted walnuts
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- avocado, thinly sliced
- minced chives
Preparation
Step 1
Toss snow peas with celery and some toasted walnuts. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Gently stir in avocado and chives.
