Olive Nut Spread

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. salad olives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive juice
  • dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mash cream cheese w/ fork and mix with mayo. Stir well, put in pt. fruit jar & refrigerate for at least 24-48 hrs. This is a delectible spread for finger sandwiches w/ chopped lettuce.
