Harvest Pumpkin Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 24 (3-inch) tart shells

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Whisk together filling ingredients. Pour into tart shells. Bake 18 minutes until center is set and pastry is golden. Cool and garnish with whipped cream.
