Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken halves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all marinade ingredients. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag. Add the marinade. Marinate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

Remove chicken from bag. Place chicken on medium-high grill, basting with the marinade at intervals, or bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, again basting at intervals, until cooked through.
