Ingredients
- 3/4 cup diced cooked turkey
- Pastry for single 9" pie crust
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups half and half cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Line 9 inch quiche dish or pie pan with pastry.
3. Trim edges and flute.
4. Layer turkey, cheese, tomato, and onion in crust.
5. Blend eggs, mustard, salt and half and half in small bowl.
6. Pour mixture into pie crust.
7. Bake in oven 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from centre
comes out clean.
