Ingredients
- 1 pint of either strawberry or raspberry
- ½ cup of jelly
- 1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2-3 peaches, halved
- ice cream
- 1 cup of cream 35% whipped (with a little vanilla and icing sugar)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Crush strawberries or raspberries with a little sugar, add jelly and bring to a boil.
2. Add cornstarch and cook stirring until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
3. Cool.
4. Dress by putting everything together: place a scoop of optional ice cream, put a peach half on it, a big tablespoons of chantilly cream and a tablespoons of sauce.
