Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat eggs; mix in milk.
2. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass casserole in a microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High).
3. Pour egg mixture into dish. Cook uncovered 3 to 4 minutes at High, or until almost set; stir after 2 minutes
4. Remove from oven; stir and let stand covered a few minutes before serving. Season to taste.
