Ingredients
- Half pound of bacon (more if wanted)
- Green Onion-about 6 (to taste)
- Sugar
- Rice Vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Wash the lettuce, drying between pieces of paper towel.
Tear, not cutting lettuce into large bite size pieces.
Cut bacon into small pieces and fry in skillet. Cook just until lightly medium crunchy crisp.
Remove bacon from skillet and save grease.
Add 1/4 cup each of sugar and rice vinegar. You can start adjusting the tartness or sweetness to the dressing as needed.
