Ingredients
- 4 sole filets
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of cream
- 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
- ½ teaspoon of curry
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven at 500.
2. Wash filets and dry.
3. Arrange in a shallow pan.
4. Mix mayonnaise, cream, onion and curry and spread over filets.
5. Bake 15 minutes
