Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 lb. semisweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. coffee, brewed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325.
Grease an 8" springform pan.
Bake in a Bain Marie for 30 minutes.
1. In a mixer beat eggs for 5 minutes.
2. While eggs are beating, in a double boiler, melt butter, chocolate & coffee.
3. Fold eggs into chocolate mixture in thirds.
4. Pour mixture into pan.
5. Bake in a Bain Marie.
6. Center will not be set.
7. Refrigerate.
