Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls from Dr. Fuhrman

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups dates
  • 2 Tbs cocoa
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1-3 Tbs soy or almond milk
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

Preparation

Step 1

Process until smooth, Only add enough milk to hold mix together. Knead in oats by hand. Roll into balls. Great Frozen.
