MINTED MAI TAI

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup almond syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cup dark rum
  • Ice

Preparation

Step 1

Stir lime juice, almond syrup, and chopped mint in a small pan. Over medium heat until simmers. Cool

Strain syrup mixture. Mix juice and rum. Serve on ice with dark rum topping.
