Pumpkin Pie

It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without this sweetly spiced pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin (2 cups)
  • 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: ground ginger, nutmeg, and salt
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. With mixer, beat pumpkin, sweetend condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt.

Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350; bake 35-40 minutes longer.

Cool. Refrigerated within 2 hours. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
