Macaroni Cheddar Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. mayonaise
  • 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. worchester
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • s&p to taste
  • 1 1/3 c. cooked elbow macaroni noodles
  • 2 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. dehyrated onion flakes
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • lettuce leaves
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, quartered

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1st eight ingred. in salad bowl, mix till smooth. Add remaining ingred. except lettuce leaves & eggs. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves when ready, garnish w/ eggs.
