Cap'n Classic Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch® cereal, lightly crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Layer two Texas toast slices with cheddar; top with remaining toast slices. Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow, large bowl. Place cereal in another shallow, large bowl. Dip one sandwich into egg mixture, coating both sides. Then dip both sides of sandwich into cereal, patting to help coating adhere. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Toast one sandwich for 2-4 minutes on each side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwich.
