Ingredients

• 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Rainbow Jimmies
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Rainbow Jimmies
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Rainbow Jimmies
• 1 1 1 box Yellow Cake Mix or white or vanilla
• 1 1 1 box Yellow Cake Mix or white or vanilla
• 1 1 1 box Yellow Cake Mix or white or vanilla
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Canola Oil
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Canola Oil
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Canola Oil
• 1 1 1 egg - beaten
• 1 1 1 egg - beaten
• 1 1 1 egg - beaten
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 8x8 baking dish - set aside

Combine cake mix & sprinkles in a large bowl

Using a large, stiff silicone spatula, mix in oil & egg

Drizzle in milk & work into the batter. (Mixture will be super thick like cookie dough)

Add in white chocolate chips

Transfer to prepared dish & press into place

Bake 25-30 minutes - don't over bake.

Allow to cool at least 30 minutes before cutting & serving.

Recipe Notes

*You want the edges to turn golden but the rest will set as it cools
