Ingredients

  • 4 4 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1 1 T white sugar
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 t instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C water
  • 2 2 2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixer with dough hook,mix flour, sugar, and yeast for 15 seconds. Add water and mix for about 5 minutes. cover and rest for 20 minutes. Add salt and mix for 7 minutes. move to floured counter top. divide into 4 pieces. roll each into a ball. put balls into oiled container and put in fridge for up to 3 days. Let come to room temperature, and form into pizzas. dough balls can be frozen up to a month.
