Snicker Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks softened butter
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 pkg. (13 oz.) Snickers minatures

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, peanut butter, sugars using a mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Slowly add eggs and vanilla until combined. Then mix in flour, salt, and baking soda. Cover and chill 2-3 hours.

Unwrap snickers miniatures. Remove dough from refrigerator. Divide into 1 Tbl. pieces and flatten. Place snicker in the center of dough and form dough around snicker and into a ball. Place on greased sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cookies cool on wax paper. Drizzle melted Dove chocolate on top.
