Ingredients
- Pkg. beef hot dogs or knockwerst
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes (or chopped up onion)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can sauerkraut
- head of cabbage
Preparation
Step 1
Slit hot dogs & pan boil. Core the cabbage and place head-down in enough boiling water to cover. Turn off heat. When cabbage has softened, remove from water and separate leaves, leaving them whole.
Combine ketchup, dry mustard, onion flakes, garlic salt, and sauerkraut; spread on hot dogs & wrap in foil. Heat in oven 15 mins. or on BBQ.
