Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Beat sugar and eggs for 2 minutes
Beat in pumpkin and oil
At low speed, add dry ingredients
Mix until combined
Pour into greased 9" square pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes. let cool
Beat together cream cheese, butter , vanilla and cream cheese until smooth
