Avocado Citrus Smoothie

For those skeptics on adding avocado to a smoothie, you can’t taste it. It just gives it a really creamy, smooth texture while slipping in some healthy fats, fiber and of course a fun color.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (I used Greek 0%)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • juice of half an orange
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
