Ingredients
- 6 sliced bacon
- 4 large baking potato
- 1/4 c butter or margarine
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 c green onions
- 3 t grated parmesan
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t pepper and cheves

Step 1
Cook bacon, scrub potatoes and prick with fork 1" apart on paper towels. Microwave 14 mins spread into sheets. Bake 400 10 mins and cut in 1/2 lengthwise, sprinkle bacon chins, scoop out pulp leave 1/4" thick shells. Combine pulp, butter, cream and mash stir in jam cream and next 5 ingredients
