Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F and generously grease a bundt pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and ginger until thoroughly combined. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the egss, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Mix in the honey and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture into egg/butter mixture and mix until combined. Add sour cream and beat until just combined. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Allow to cool on wire rack for 15 minutes before inverting to cool completely. Mix together honey, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt to create the glaze and pour over the cake. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
