Mushroom Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 1/3 c chopped scallions
  • 1/3 c butter
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c sour cream(room temperature)
  • Fine bread crumbs(seasoned)
  • 1 1/2 t flour

Preparation

Step 1

Saute thickly sliced mushrooms and scallians in lemon juice with butter, season with salt and pepper, stir in flour to cook for 1 min, stirring slowly and combine with cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, det with butter and bake at 425 degrees for about 2 mins until bubbly golden. Can be frozen and baked longer at lower temp
