Beef Straganoff

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 round steak
• mushrooms
• onion
• 1 1 1 c. sour cream
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. ketchup
• 1 1 2 c. broth ( or 2 bouillon cubes)
• 3 3 3 Tablespoons Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Brwon strips of steak in butter and salt add onions and mushrooms. Cook 2-3 minutes add broth, ketchup stir, cook 2-3 minutes. Thicken with flour and water. Add sour cream simer 10 minutes. Serve on noodles or rice.
