Ingredients
- 1 lb. ziti
- 1 lb. ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1-lb. 10 oz. jar Prego spaghetti sauce (or your favorite brand)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ziti in boiling water for 10 minutes. Heat spaghetti sauce in saucepan over medium heat; stir in ricotta cheese until melted and blended into the sauce. Drain ziti. Toss sauce with ziti & mozzarella cheese, reserving about 1/4 cup cheese. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and a tossed salad for a complete meal.
