Ingredients

Preparation
Step 1
Mix your rinsed and drained chickpeas with sunflower seeds in a food processor. Pulse, leaving it a bit chunky.
Place mixture in a bowl, then add mayo. Mix well.
Add diced onion, relish, a few drops of lemon juice & salt & pepper. Mix well
Place mixture on one slice of vegan bread, lay it on thick.
Place 1-3 slices of vegan cheddar cheese on top of mix. Top with second piece of bread. Then place in a sandwich press till melted.
