Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups Mozzarella Cheese -- Grated
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 carton Cottage cheese
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 2 cans Spaghetti sauce -- DelMonte Traditional
  • 1 small Onion

Preparation

Step 1

Boil noodles till tender, rinse in cool water. While noodles are cooking brown ground beef with onion, drain off fat. Add the Spaghetti sauce to ground beef. Layer noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese, and cottage cheese. I usually do 3 layers ending with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and cook in 45 min. then remove foil and cook an additional 15 min.
