Kwik Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Egg
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Flour
• 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 2 tablespoons Flour
• 2 Tablespoons Butter
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the egg, milk, oil, 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt together and put into a greased 8" pan. Blend the 2 tb. flour, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together with a fork, or cut together with two knifes. Sprinkle over the batter in pan. Bake 350' for 25 min.
