Chicken and Rice Casserole

This is my favorite chicken and rice casserole. Simple to prepare yet delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut-up
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 1 canned cream of chicken soup
- 1 canned cream of mushroom soup
- 1 canned cream of celery soup
Preparation
Step 1
Grease casserole.
1. Place salted chicken in casserole.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in large saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Cover with foil.
5. Cook in oven at 350° F for 1 hour.
