Ingredients
- 16 cups Tomatoes -- peeled, and cored
- 3 cups Onion -- chopped
- 1 cup Bell pepper -- Chopped
- 1 cup Jalapeno Pepper -- Chopped finely
- 1 cup Red Chili peppers -- Chopped
- 1 cup White vinegar
- 1/3 cup Canning Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Pepper -- Coarsely Ground
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 18 ounces Tomato Paste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all ingredients uncovered for 1 1/2 hours on medium to low heat. If salsa seems to juicy after cooking for awhile add more tomato paste. Seal into quart or pint jars and hot water bath for 20 to 25 min. Ready to eat immediately. Makes 10 pints.
