Honey Glazed Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken leg quarter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, strained
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, garlic salt, and pepper in a bag.
1. Add chicken and shake to coat well.
2. Remove chicken, shake off excess.
3. Place 2 tablespoons butter in a baking dish.
4. Place chicken in baking dish, skin side down.
5. Roast, uncovered, @ 350° for 30 minutes. 
6. Turn chicken skin side up.
7. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well.
8. Coat chicken evenly with honey mixture.

Roast @ 350° for 30-45 minutes, basting often.

Serve hot or at room temperature
