Preparation

Step 1

Oven 300
sift sugar, flour and cocoa together.
Beat eggs and stir in flour mixture. add vanilla and nuts.
Turn batter into 8x10" pan Place this pan in a larger one and place in the oven Pour boiling water into the outer pan to reach about halfway up the sides of the fudge pan.
Bake 45-55 min until firm, like baked custard. It will be crusty on top.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
