Corn chips add a salty crunch that makes this entree salad irresistible to adults and kids alike. Use your favorite raw or grilled vegetables.

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add ground turkey and salt; cook through, breaking into small pieces, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, toss together romaine, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, corn and turkey.
Pour lime vinaigrette over salad. Add corn chips, feta cheese and avocado. Toss again.
